Fossil Preparation

When I'm not sketching, drawing or painting them, I can be found tucked away in the man cave preparing them. I love the fact that as you chip away the rock to uncover these petrified beasts, you are the first person to ever set eyes on this and the first time it's seen the light of day in millions of years! Below are a selection of recent timelapse videos of fossil preparations using a number of different techniques including both air abrasion and pneumatic airscribes.
